PurryGood Craft Club - Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
Welcome to PurryGood Craft Club, operated by PurryGood LTD ("we," "us," "our"). By booking and attending a craft session, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

In these Terms & Conditions, as well as across our website and general communications, the terms "socials," "events," and "workshops" are used interchangeably to refer to the creative experiences hosted by PurryGood Craft Club in collaboration with independent cafés and artists.

2. Craft Session Details & Booking Process

  • PurryGood Craft Club hosts crafting social sessions at various venues across London.

  • Each session is led by an independent artist or business.

  • The specific activity will be revealed 48 hours before the session start time advertised on our website.

  • Tickets must be booked in advance through our official booking platform. A booking confirmation will be sent via email upon successful payment.

  • It is the responsibility of the attendee to ensure that their contact details are accurate when purchasing a ticket.

  • Attendees must be at least 18 years old on the date of the session, unless otherwise stated by us in the session details. Attendees may be asked to show proof of ID before entering some venues.

3. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

  • Refunds are only permitted within 10 minutes of booking.

  • After 10 minutes, no refunds will be issued.

  • Customers may reschedule their booking up to 72 hours before the session, subject to availability.

  • Rescheduling requests made less than 72 hours before the session can not be accommodated.

  • Reselling tickets is not permitted and may result in cancellation without refund.

4. Session Changes & Cancellations

  • We reserve the right to change the venue, artist, or activity due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify attendees as soon as possible via the contact details provided.

  • If we cancel a session, attendees will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to a future session.

  • We are not liable for event cancellations or changes due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or venue closures.

5. Conduct & Liability

  • Please ensure that you arrive 15 minutes before your session time to allow for a smooth check in and set up process. Failure to do so may result in you not being able to take part in the session. 

  • Attendees must respect the venue, artist, organisers, and fellow participants. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of abusive behaviour will not be tolerated.

  • We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that occurs during the session. Any damage to the venue caused by a participant is their responsibility.

  • Attendees participate at their own risk and should follow all safety instructions provided by the artist or venue. Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings.

  • We are not responsible for food or drink provided by the venue, including allergies or dietary concerns. If consuming food or drinks at the venue, please follow the venue policies.

  • The Participant releases and holds harmless the Organiser, its employees, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses that may arise from participation in the event.

6. Breach of Code of Conduct

  • Any attendee found violating this Code of Conduct may be asked to leave the event without refund.

  • We reserve the right to refuse entry to future events in cases of serious misconduct.

7. Medical Treatment & Emergency Situations

  • Attendees are responsible for their own medical needs and expenses in case of an emergency.

  • We do not provide medical assistance but will contact emergency services if necessary.

  • We advise all attendees to follow all health and safety guidelines set by the Organiser and Venue.

  • In case of an emergency, follow the Venue’s safety procedures.

8. Photography & Filming

  • We may take photos and videos during our events for use on our social media and promotional materials.

  • If you do not wish to be recorded or photographed, please inform us at the start of the session. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request, we cannot guarantee exclusion from all media captured at public events.

  • Attendees will not receive any compensation, royalties, or other payments for the use of these materials.

  • We retain full ownership and rights to the captured media and may edit or modify content as needed.

9. Intellectual Property

  • Any materials, designs, or works created during the session may be used for personal purposes only.

  • The intellectual property rights of the artists or businesses leading the sessions remain with them.

10. Data Protection 

  • By booking a session, you agree to our use of your personal information for booking management and communication purposes only.

  • We will not share your data with third parties without consent, except where legally required. Your data is stored securely and only accessible to authorised personnel.

  • Our website may use cookies to enhance user experience. You can manage cookie settings through your browser.

  • By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you are also agreeing to our privacy policy.
